John Dies at the End
John Dies at the End by David Wong
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This book was a little hard to get into. It was a lot more action based and fast paced than it’s sequel, [b:This Book Is Full of Spiders: Seriously, Dude, Don’t Touch It|12924261|This Book Is Full of Spiders Seriously, Dude, Don’t Touch It|David Wong|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1365496944s/12924261.jpg|18079704] and a lot easier to get into and all around better in my opinion than it’s sequel.

I can completely understand why it’s been turned into a cult classic especially film wise. It is entirely the type of book that if turned into a movie I’d expect to turn into a cult classic because there is no way it’d be anything else.

Good book. I’d recommend if you like books that at points make you go “what the fuck?”. Also, Molly, the dog, is the absolute hero of both books. Don’t let the author fool you.
